Presentation Guideline

ORAL PRESENTATION

Due to the limitation of time, we would really appreciate if you could adhere strictly to the time allocated.

  • PLENARY SPEAKER            : 30-minute presentation (including Q&A)
  • KEYNOTE SPEAKER            : 20-minute presentation (including Q&A)
  • ORAL PRESENTER               : 15-minute presentation (including Q&A)

An LCD projector and laptop (with Microsoft Powerpoint) will be provided to facilitate your presentation.

Kindly submit your presentation in MS Powerpoint file using memory-stick/storage-device to our staff to load on the computer in advance (during lunch break/tea break).

POSTER PRESENTATION

Poster size should be A1 in PORTRAIT form and preferably of light material.

Poster dimension: 594 mm Width x 841 mm Height

The poster should include the research title, abstract, introduction (background study and objectives), methodology, results, discussion and conclusion.

Stationeries for putting up posters will be provided.
