Each contributor must first register as a user/writer before a manuscript can be submitted.

Manuscripts submitted to the journal for publication should be original contributions and must not have been previously published or be under consideration by any other publication.

Once submitted, the manuscript will be reviewed by the Editorial Board and/or local or international reviewers. While the manuscript is under consideration, be sure to inform the Editor-in-Chief of any changes in the contact details. Registered users may as well do so by updating their user profiles using the JITM Online System.

Contributors are encouraged to log in into the system from time to time to check for the current status of the submitted manuscript.

However, registered users will be informed via e-mail once their manuscripts have been reviewed. They may also be able to view the review results and comments given by the reviewers via online.
