Submission Rule
Manuscript submitted to the conference for presentation should be an original contribution and must not have been previously presented or published. The conference only accepts manuscripts written in English.
Authors whose manuscript has been accepted for presentation will be asked to send the camera –ready version (final, edited version of the manuscript) to be published in the conference proceedings.

Copyright and Confidentiality
It is the author’s responsibility to ensure that the submitted work does not infringe any existing copyright. Authors should obtain permission to reproduce or adapt copyrighted material and provide evidence of approval upon submitting the final version of a manuscript.
Refereeing
Manuscripts are subject to a double-blind review process and are reviewed by at least one independent reviewer. Decisions regarding the publication of a manuscript are based on the recommendations of these reviewers. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on their appropriateness for the conference, significance of contribution to the discipline, conceptual adequacy, technical adequacy, and clarity of presentation. Manuscripts of members of the conference secretariat are subjected to the same review procedures.
