There are several official channels to propose your complaints and feedback to our authority
Every complaints received will be given a receival validation letter in 3 working days after feedback is accepted by Customers’ Relation Unit, Department of Customer Service. Complaints and feedback will be transferred to a specific department for further investigation

A referral letter is needed and you must bring it to the clinic counter to get an appointment date for check-ups
In general, PPUKM does not offer services to out patients, however, a Primer Medical Centre located at Bandar Tasik Selatan accommodates non-referral cases
In Staggered Appointments Systems, date and time for doctor appointments will be given according to total number of patients at one time
Queue number is called according to patients’ slots on specific date in appointment system. However, queue number may be skipped due to pending results and evaluation by the doctors.
Queue number is given based on appointment time that was set up. Patients that came early will still be given a queue number based on appointment time that is recorded in patients’ appointment card
For normal pregnancy cases, must be less than 37 weeks of pregnancy as referred to referral letter
