Introduction
The existence of ethnic diversity in society is the nature of life. It must be responded wisely by knowing the background and development of the ethnic communities concerned. In addition, to understand their life through meaningful interaction with the surrounding culture is an effort toward universal prosperity. Accordingly, the Dakwah Research Centre for Orang Asli and Indigenous (PRIBUMI), Faculty of Islamic Studies, National University of Malaysia and International Islamic University College Selangor (KUIS) have initiated to organise the International Seminar on Multi Ethnic and Cross Culture. It also is one of the platforms for disseminating intelligent networks of the various stakeholders; including academics, government institutions, statutory bodies and non-governmental organisations in order to realise the goal. This seminar is expected to be capable to enrich and strengthen the scientific corpus through the presentation of the latest research findings by academics and stakeholders.
