1-3 October 2014, PWTC, Kuala LumpurThe Forum will involve over 500 climate change adaptation practitioners from the Asia Pacific who will be joined by some 200 representatives from Malaysia. Building on the previous three Forums that have been successfully co-organised by Asia Pacific Adaptation Network (APAN) since 2010, the 4th Forum aims to help participants from all levels of government and business and society become more effective in addressing development challenges in a changing climate. The 2014 Forum is under the aegis of the “Science to Action Program” inspired by the Honourable Prime Minister of Malaysia to make science relevant for governance, industry and community well-being. SEADPRI-UKM and the Office of the Science Advisor to the Prime Minister, which anchors the Science to Action Program, are the local hosts.
