Our Master of Social Sciences in Strategic and Security Analysis is a long-standing program, established since the SSIR department was known as Strategic and Security Studies Unit (UPSK) in 1994. this Master’s programme has attracted a considerable amount of applicants hailed from the public service and graduate students from various streams. It has now become a favourite programme of choice among the mid-career officers from the National Security Council, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other governmental agencies as a stepping stone to climb up their career ladder. The course syllabus include local and international dimensions of security studies, providing students with opportunities to scrutinize Malaysian security issues and key strategic concerns around the world.
