Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sow Chew Fei

Associate Professor Dr. Sow Chew Fei, the Associate Dean of Clinical & Experiential Learning at IMU University, leads strategic planning and curriculum development for Clinical and Communication Skills with a focus on simulation-based education and innovative educational technologies. A General Practitioner with a Diploma in Dermatology and a Master’s in Medical Education, she has been instrumental in integrating technology into medical training to enhance students’ experiential learning. Dr. Sow has pioneered the use of virtual reality in health professions education at IMU, leading numerous VR projects and establishing an immersive learning interactive space. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Medical Education at the University of Maastricht.
