Oral presentation guidelines
- Duration: Each oral presentation is allocated 12 minutes, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.
- Slides:
– Prepare a PowerPoint or PDF slide deck.
– Aim for clarity and conciseness; use visuals to support your key points. - Content:
-Start with a brief introduction, followed by methods, results, and conclusion.
-Highlight the significance of your findings and their potential impact.
– Ensure your content is tailored to the audience, avoiding overly technical jargon.
Technical Requirements:
1. File Submission: Submit your presentation file by 6th December 2024 via email to ukmai2024@gmail.com with the following details:
-Email subject: AIMEC Scientific Committee: [your name] presentation file.
-File Naming: Name your file as “FirstName_LastName_Oral.ppt”
2. Backup: Bring a backup of your presentation on a USB drive.
3. Presentation Day:
-Arrive 15 minutes before your session for a quick technical check.
-Presenters will be introduced by the session chair.
