Submissions for the AL-QALAM journal must be received by the annual deadline of October 15th. However, these contributions are organized into batches and subjected to review processes within regimented cycles. Each volume of AL-QALAM abides by these predefined cycles:

• Acknowledgment of Submission: Within one week post-submission.

• Acceptance Notification: Within four weeks of submission.

• Submission of Revised Manuscript: Within eight weeks of acceptance.

• Final Approval Notification: Within two weeks of revised submission.

• Publication: In the last week of November.
