Financial support will be granted to selected students to cover the conference fee. It is important to note that the abstract submission must be completed prior to filling out the application form. The deadline for application submission is 31 July 2023.

To apply for financial support, please follow these steps:

1. Submit your abstract at the Registration Page. Make sure to prepare the abstract based on the provided template before submitting it.
2. Download the application form and complete it accurately. Provide all the required information to avoid delays in processing your application.
3. Request a letter of support from your supervisor. The letter should highlight the importance of your participation in the conference and how it aligns with your academic or research goals.
4. Submit the completed application form and the support letter here. Be sure to attach both documents in PDF format.
