Abstract
This study examines the design process of a computerized mind therapy module and the development of a prototype application called My Minda Care to assist youth in managing the symptoms of depression. This is due to the reluctance of youth to seek treatment for depression problems faced either through face-to-face therapy or computer-based therapy, causing this problem to not be identified early and even leading to suicide cases. This study aims to design a computerized therapy module that involves document analysis methods, application prototype flow chart construction, and brainstorming discussion by seven experts in two groups, namely mental health professionals and multimedia professionals. The study results are a mindful therapy module designed specifically according to the needs of youth, as well as the development of a My Minda Care application prototype implementing the module content through storyboard design and the development of a low-fidelity prototype. The My Minda Care application prototype serves as a self-help tool for youth to manage their depression symptoms.
