CBET is an oral test to measure the English competency level of UKM undergraduate students.

Currently, CBET is compulsory for full-time undergraduate students from 2020/2021 intake.

• CBET candidates will be informed through smpweb.

For this upcoming CBET, the candidates are those who have obtained MUET bands 4, 5 and 6 only.

Candidates must have already taken two LMCE courses prior to taking CBET.

No. However, students can access their results through smpweb.

There is no fail/pass in CBET. Candidates are assessed in terms of English competency level.

CBET is conducted periodically. For CBET 09 December-12 December, only undergraduate students from 2022/2023 intake are required to sit for the test.
