A group from University Hassan II Casablanca, Morocco, led by Pr. Smail Kabbaj, Director The National School of Commerce and Management University of Hassan II Casablanca, paid a visit to the Citra University Study Centre at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia today.
The team from The National School of Commerce and Management University of Hassan II Casablanca, Morocco, was greeted by Prof. Dr. Khairul Anwar Mastor, the Dean of the Citra Study Centre, together with the management programme of the UKM. The purpose of this tour is to improve academic ties and engage in a dialogue on management and education issues.
Prof. Dr. Khairul Anwar Mastor thanked the group from The National School of Commerce and Management University of Hassan II Casablanca, Morocco, for agreeing to visit the UKM Citra Study Centre in his remarks of welcome. He claimed that both universities will considerably gain from this relationship in terms of boosting academic networking and educational excellence. The two sides addressed many potential areas of cooperation during the visit, including student and lecturer exchange, collaborative research, and the creation of top-notch academic programmes. They also decided to implement an ongoing, mutually advantageous system of cooperation to promote management and education between the two universities.
Both parties truly expect that this collaboration will benefit both universities’ students and instructors in the long run and improve their academic experiences. The academic communities of the two schools should now have more opportunities for knowledge exchange, cultural understanding, and idea sharing.
Pr. Fatine Ouhtita, vice director (cooperation and partnership), and Mr. Karim Darban, director of communication and public relations at the National School of Commerce and Management University of Hassan II Casablanca, are both present for the visit. Prof. Associate Dr. Zarina Othman, Deputy Dean (Communication Competence), Dr. Nasruddin Yunos, Assistant Dean (Entrepreneurship & Creativity), Dr. Lim Kar Keng, Head of Postgraduate Programme, Dr. Fadhli Shah Khaidzir, and Mrs. Sufeera Rahmad, Assistant Registrar of CItra University Study Centre, UKM joined representatives from the University Citra Centre, UKM.
