10th National Pharmacy Sports Carnival
Sport teaches us that if we emulsify our strengths and spirit, we can achieve victory.
The 10th National Pharmacy Sports Carnival was hosted by University Teknologi MARA at UiTM Shah Alam. On the 24th – 26th of February 2017, pharmacy students from 19 universities under the umbrella of MyPSA gathered together in the name of sports, competing to be the best.
This year, our athletes participated in badminton, futsal, netball, volleyball, tennis, basketball, petanque, squash, table tennis and track and field. UKM Contingent managed to rank 5th out of 19th by bringing home 2 gold medals and 6 silver medals.
Our Netball team and male Volleyball team were crowned champions this year. Also, male’s table tennis single, female’s table tennis single, female’s table tennis doubles, men’s 400meter, women’s 100meter and female basketball team emerged as 1st runner ups.
Congratulations to all our athletes , may the force be with us for the 11th NPSC in IIUM !
