An annual general meeting (AGM), the mandatory gathering of students of Faculty of Pharmacy UKM was conducted on 4th May 2018 at Dewan Tun Syed Nasir (DTSN). The purpose of this AGM was to disband the PMFFar organization of 2017/2018 and to elect the next high committee members of PMFFar as well as the editor of Pharmaline, president of Green Lung Organization and president of JATI organization.
It was started off with the election manifesto of the candidates followed by the voting session. Students were told to carefully cast their votes to choose the best candidates for the coming new semester.
The president of PMFFar 2017/2018 was invited to give a speech followed by the opening ceremony speech by Associate Prof. Dr. Jamia Azdina Jamal, the dean of Faculty of Pharmacy UKM. Certificates of appreciation were then presented to the class representatives, editor of Pharmaline, president of Green Lung Organization, president of JATI organization, and not forgotten all the committees of PMFFAR 2017/2018.
It finally came the most nervous moment which was the announcement of new committee members of PMFFar 2018/2019. Congratulations to Mohamad Ridha Bin Jalil for becoming the President of PMFFar 2018/2019!
We on behalf of Pharmaline Magazine would like to express our gratitude to PMFFar 2017/2018 for all the supports along the year. We hope that the newly elected PMFFar committee members will become good leaders and carry out their responsibilities to bring up the name of our faculty!
