The CQMM core research focus is on quality use of medicine (QUM) which is defined as medications appropriate to clinical needs, in doses that meet individual requirements, for an adequate period of time, and at the lowest cost.
Our researchers utilize various research approaches namely hybrid methods (laboratory – clinical based), clinical studies, professional practices and policy development.
We collaborate with practitioners from the Ministry of Health, pharmaceutical industries, non-governmental organizations and academia from higher education and research institutions to enhance our research impact.
