GAIN (Gema Amal Insan) is another annual program organised by the Faculty of Pharmacy and it provides students with an opportunity to develop their entrepreneurship skills while serving the community. This programme is tagged with the elective course NFNF1522 (Organisational Skills and Community Service in Pharmacy).
Previously, GAIN was a fund-raising based project however since GAIN 7.0, the focus of GAIN is based on the social entrepreneurship concept. In June 2019, first year students were involved in a nine-month-long-program known as GAIN 7.0, in collaboration with the NGO Persatuan e-Skill Wanita (PeLITA), UKM-CESMED and a community group in Semenyih. The program also received support from the Hulu Langat Parliament office followed by IOI Corporation Berhad.
