Optometry is a field of study of Visual Science. An Optometry Practitioner is a professional trained in eye and vision health care. Our Optometry program require at least four (4) years. Students will be exposed to knowledge, related to the normal eye and vision functioning as well as other related problems. Students also will be trained to perform detailed eye and vision examinations and perform diagnosed, prescribed vision aids and perform advanced special examinations. Students also undergo practical training in government and private hospitals, private and commercial optometry practices as well as in companies based on optometry services.
