1. What is B.SMArT?

The B.SMArt (BeST Sales & Marketing Apprenticeship Training) program is a strategic collaboration between Novartis Malaysia and the ICoE Healthcare, Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) and the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).

This apprenticeship program offers exposure to undergraduate students (final year) to the pharmaceutical industry via comprehensive modules from sales & marketing excellence to patients’ access including corporate communication and grooming. THE PROGRAM IS OPEN TO FSK FINAL YEAR STUDENTS IN ANY FIELDS.

This program will be covered in 5 days ie. from 9th to 13th April 2016 with a maximum of 30 students per program.

Upon successful completion of this program, student will be given a one-time allowance of RM 200.

Program benefits:

  • Professional and personal development through B.SMArT Mentoring Session. The mentors are from Novartis, MoHE and UKM.
  • Design and content of this program is developed by Novartis Malaysia in collaboration with UKM. The well-thought program is specially crafted for final year students to gain knowledge and on-the-job experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Basic understanding on ‘Patient Journey’ as the students visit key hospitals and key customers.

2. Do you have what it takes?

UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS (FINAL YEAR) IN PHARMACY, HEALTH SCIENCES AND/OR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ARE INVITED TO APPLY. STUDENTS MUST BE PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH.

Pelajar tahun akhir (prasiswazah) yang yang memenuhi syarat (seperti yang dinyatakan dalam brosur) PERLU menghadiri sesi briefing dan pitching akan diadakan seperti butiran berikut :

Tarikh: 24 Februari 2016 (Rabu)
Masa: 1.30 petang
Tempat: Auditorium Siswa, Aras 2, Bangunan Pusanika, UKM

Pihak HEJIM FSK akan berusaha menyediakan pengangkutan kepada pelajar ke PUSANIKA.
