We are pleased to announce that Professor Dr. Baharudin Hj. Omar has been appointed to serve a two-year term as Dean, Faculty of Health Sciences effective 15th October 2015.
Professor Dr. Baharudin Hj. Omar is a Senior Professor in the Biomedical Sciences Programme, School of Diagnostic & Applied Health Sciences. His area of expertise is in Entomology, Parasitology, Epidemiology, and Biostatistics.
Professor Dr. Baharudin Hj. Omar excellent record of teaching, his engagement with students at all levels, and his leadership together with his experience in research and the educational leadership make him an exceptional candidate for the role of Dean, Faculty of Health Sciences.
