The details of the conditions are as follows:\n<ul>\n \t<li>For Master candidate: Two (2) paper works presentation<\/li>\n \t<li>For Doctoral candidate: Three (3) paper works presentation (enforced on candidate\u00a0registered starting Semester 1 2011\/2012)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Fulfill writing paper conditions as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<strong>For Master candidate<\/strong>: Minimum of\u00a0 one (1) article from any of the following categories:\n<ol>\n \t<li>Journal ERA\/Scopus\/WoS;<\/li>\n \t<li>UKM Publication Journal and faculty\/institute or listed in MyJurnal (Malaysian Journal Management System) from MyCite;<\/li>\n \t<li>Chapter in Book published by listed Publication in Thomson Reuters WoS atau UKM Publication or MAPIM.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<strong>For Doctoral candidate<\/strong>: Two (2) articles in journal indexed by Scopus\/WoS; OR minimum of one (1) journal Scopus\/WoS AND one (1) article from the following categories:\n<ol>\n \t<li>UKM Publication Journal and faculty\/institute or listed in MyJurnal (Malaysian Journal Management System) from MyCite;<\/li>\n \t<li>Chapter in Book published by listed Publication in Thomson Reuters WoS atau UKM Publication or MAPIM.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 style=\"color: #444444;\"><em><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Language Requirement for Graduation<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\"><em><span style=\"color: #333333;\">(Applicable for International Applicants Only)<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em><span style=\"color: #333333;\">a) A minimum score of 550 in TOEFL; or<\/span><\/em>\n<em><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> b) A minimum score of 5.0 in IELTS; and<\/span><\/em>\n<em><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> c) Pass in Bahasa Melayu course offered by Center of General Studies<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #333333;\">International students who do not meet the above English language requirement are required to sit for an English Language Competency Module (MKB) offered by the Graduate Management Centre (PPS) with the following conditions:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em><span style=\"color: #333333;\">a) Achieve a minimum of Band 4 for thesis writing in English language<\/span><\/em>\n<em><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> b) Achieve a minimum of Band 3 for thesis writing in another language<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Candidates, who do not fulfil the above requirements during the period of study allowed, will not be awarded the degree.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n<h3 style=\"color: #540834;\"><strong><em><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Fellowship (Zamalah)<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #333333;\">UKM offers financial assistance in the form of a fellowship scheme which is limited to only students who qualify.
