About Registration

• Entry is open to academic staff and students from universities, polytechnics, institutes, colleges and school locally and internationally.
• Video submission must only be in English or Malay.
• All registrations must be done only via provided link HERE.
• Eligible participants may register more than one entry for the competition. Participants may participate in the competition as both individual participants and as team participants.
• All participants must provide valid e-mail address (for Letter of Acceptance and e-certificate purposes).
• All participants must provide valid names and affiliations (for Letter of Acceptance and e-certificate purposes).
• The Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be sent via e-mail address provided upon successful registration. 
• Participants must provide valid proof of payment to the organiser through the link HERE.
• The innovation/invention must be original, authentic and has not participated in other competitions.

Video Guidelines

General:

• Video submission is limited from 3 to 5 minutes only.
• Submission must be made using the YouTube link ONLY together with the payment 
• It can be done using English or Malay.
• Must include name & photo of each team member.
• The video must start with an introduction clip of ICGE which can be downloaded HERE.
• This guideline will be updated from time to time.
