Full Paper Submission Guidelines

Paper submission process will be managed by using the EquinOCS system.

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit full papers describing original, previously unpublished, complete research, not currently under review by another conference or journal, addressing one of the areas of interest. Prospective authors must comply with the Springer conference template. The instructions can be found in the Springer conference proceedings templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX format here: https://www.springer.com/de/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines
Use the following guideline to guide you through the paper preparation:
• Papers should be in English.
• A4-size paper must be used with the Springer format.
• The length is 6-10 pages.
The similarity of your paper MUST BE LESS than 25%.

For paper in Bahasa Melayu only

Submission of paper implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), or it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent from the publisher.

The Copyright Transfer Agreement can be downloaded here. CTA must be submitted together with the paper during the submission process, otherwise, the paper will not be processed.
