Users can set up a pre-paid bulk account for any services offered. The account is active within 2 years after the date of application.
Users can extend the account’s active period by adding further payment. In the event of account expiry, any remaining amount in the account will not be refunded.
During sample submission, please bring a copy of the approved application form with added information regarding the sample/analysis at section B. Analysis Information.
Any bulk payments balance made will not be refunded or channeled to other account.
