It is envisaged that research funded by the Digital Society Research Grant will build the research evidence base that is necessary to promote and improve our understanding of the human and social factors which affects and contributes to the adoption and usage of digital technologies and services. This in turn will help to ensure that the great strides made in the communications infrastructure and services are able to contribute to the inclusion and participation of all segments of the population towards a fully connected and informed society.
