Assoc. Prof. Dr. Madya Dr. P. Susthitha Menon, chairman of IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) Malaysia Chapter 2017, received The IEEE Outstanding Chapter Award 2017

01 Feb 2018 – Congratulations to Prof. Madya Dr. P Susthitha Menon of the Institute of Micro and Nanoelectronic Engineering (IMEN-UKM) and the chairman of IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) Malaysia Chapter 2017, for the ‘Outstanding Chapter Award 2017’ award presented by IEEE Malaysia Chapter during the IEEE Annual Appreciation Night at Everly Hotel Putrajaya on January 27, 2018.

The award is aimed at recognizing the quality and quantity of programs conducted in 2017. IEEE EDS is one of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) section, the world’s largest technical professional organization. The IEEE EDS Malaysia, which is supervised by Prof Dato ‘Dr Burhanuddin Yeop Council, (Director of IMEN-UKM) and Associate Professor Dr Badariah Bais from FKAB-UKM, was founded in the Department of Electrical, Electronics and Systems (JKEES), UKM in 1991.
