- Presentation should be concise to the main highlight of the paper as the chairman of the session will stop any presentation exceeding the given time.
- Each speaker will be given ONLY 6 MINUTES to present their paper
- Q&A session will be held after all presenters finished their presentation (2 minutes).

During the Conference
- Each meeting room will be equipped with a laptop and an LCD projector.
- All presentation must utilise conference notebook.
