What is KLUTC Programme?
The Urban Thinkers Campus is an initiative of UN-Habitat conceived as an open space for critical exchange between urban researchers, professionals, civil society actors and decision-makers who believe that urbanization is an opportunity and can lead to positive urban transformations. It is also intended as a platform to build consensus between partners engaged in addressing urbanization challenges and proposing solutions to urban futures.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall is located right in the middle of Kuala Lumpur, at the corner of JALAN TUN PERAK and JALAN RAJA LAUT. Situated along with Merdeka Square and the Royal Selangor Club, the 1896 Moorish Building which houses the theatre is literally right in the heart of the city's history.
Easily accessible via public transportation as it is only 15 minute walk away from Masjid Jamek STAR and PUTRA LRT Stations or Bank Negara Komuter, the building is also approachable via several roads and off-streets parking available along the river or accross the road at DBKL Building.
