Submitting an article indicates that the work has not been previously published and is not under review for publication elsewhere. All authors and relevant authorities where the research was conducted must approve its publication. Once accepted, the article will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in any language, without the publisher’s written consent. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to transfer copyright, facilitated by a provided form.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Authors must ensure their submissions comply with the following guidelines. Non-compliant submissions may be returned.

  1. Format Guidelines:

a) Title, Authors, Addresses:

    • Provide the full names of the authors, complete addresses, and the email address of the corresponding author.

b) Abstract:

    • The abstract should be clear and descriptive, providing a brief overview of the problem, methodology, results, and significance or conclusion.
    • Length: 200-250 words.

c) Keywords:

    • Include up to five relevant keywords.

d) Introduction:

    • State the problem and outline the paper and significant findings.

e) Methodology:

    • Describe the experimental methods used.

f) Results & Discussion:

    • Present and discuss the findings.

g) Conclusion:

    • Summarize the main conclusions.

h) Acknowledgement:

    • Acknowledge contributors and funding sources.

i) References:

    • List all cited publications in alphabetical order following APA style format.

j) Tables:

    • Number tables consecutively in the text using Arabic numerals and provide a heading.
    • Place footnotes below the table body, indicated with superscript lowercase letters.
    • Avoid vertical and horizontal rules and ensure data in tables do not duplicate text.

k) Figures:

    • Number figures consecutively starting with Figure 1, followed by a caption placed at the bottom.
    • Ensure figures are clear and legible.

l) Nomenclature, Symbols, and Abbreviations:

    • Use widely accepted symbols and abbreviations, providing full expressions at first mention.
    • Explain symbols and abbreviations used in tables and figures in the legend.
    • Avoid using symbols in the text to maintain readability.
  1. Proofs and Reprints:
    • The accepted article is considered final and will be processed accordingly.
    • Proofs are for checking typesetting and editing errors only; no additional changes or additions to the manuscript will be accepted.
