The Journal of Contemporary Islamic Law takes the issue of plagiarism very seriously. All submitted articles are checked for plagiarism using appropriate software tools. In cases where plagiarism is detected, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.
