Curriculum structure
Coursework
1. Design curriculum based on aspects of learning theories, teaching process and student learning and principle of evaluation
2. Conduct education session including PBL facilitation based on educational principle and current need
3. Prepare PBL package that stimulate student centered learning
4. Construct questions based on learning principle and evaluation principle
5. Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and evaluation system
6. Conduct research related to issues of teaching, learning and assessment
7. Demonstrate leadership roles in curriculum management, self development, lifelong learning and professionalism

2. Instructional Design
3. Principles of Students Assessment
4. Basic Teaching Learning Methods
5. Academic Writing I
Semester 2:
1. Problem-based Learning I
2. Clinical teaching
3. Performance Assessment
4. Research Methodology I
5. Computer Aided Teaching and Learning
Semester 3:
1. Dissertation
2. Research Methodology II
Medical doctor degree, Doctor of Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacy or Health Sciences from any equivalent institutions accredited by the Senate
or
A Bachelor degree with CGPA 3.0 from UKM or any equivalent institution of higher learning accredited by the Senate
or
Other equivalent qualification to Bachelor degree and other qualifications or work experience in related fields at least 3 years with satisfactory performance recognized by the Senate
and
Pass the interview
