PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
FORMAT FOR ORAL PRESENTATION
- Each participant will be given 30 minutes. The presentation time will be 25 minutes, 3 minutes Q&A and 2 minutes presenters’ transition.
- All oral presenters/speakers are advised to simplifies slides/PowerPoint Presentations within 25 minutes of presentation that will be showing during the conference.
- To make sure presentations run smoothly during the sessions you are expected to use the computer provided by seniBINA2022 while giving your presentation.
- Please make sure all external drives (thumbdrive, external hard disc) are free from viruses.
- Make sure your PowerPoint presentation is in 16:9 ratio (1,920 x 1,080 pixels).
- Videos must be embedded in PowerPoint.
- Do not use links to YouTube or other webservices in your presentations.
FORMAT FOR ONLINE ORAL PRESENTATION
- Each participant will be given 30 minutes. The presentation time will be 25 minutes, 3 minutes Q&A and 2 minutes presenters’ transition.
- All oral presenters/speakers are advised to simplifies slides/PowerPoint Presentations within 25 minutes of presentation that will be showing during the conference.
- We will be using Zoom Meeting as the platform for online video conferencing. Click here for more: https://zoom.us/
- For the correct functioning of the online meeting platform please make sure all equipment are well function:
Headphones with a microphone to reduce background noise Stable Internet connection (minimum 10/10 Mbps)
For international presenters please double check the time
difference to ensure the joining time is correct.
FORMAT FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
- Each participant will be given 15-20 minutes. The presentation time will be 15 minutes, 5 minutes Q&A.
- A time slot will be allocated for the poster viewing in the conference program and please ensure that you
- stand by your poster(s) for discussions and questions during that session.
- There is no formal oral presentation in a poster session, instead each author is assigned a display area on which diagrams, graphics, data, pictures/photos, and a small amount of text are presented.
- The poster should be self-explanatory, but the author should be available at certain times, such as refreshment breaks and during the time devoted to poster session, to interact with viewers and answer questions.
