ABOUT US

Jabatan Sains Makanan ditubuhkan pada 1 Disember 2019 selepas penstrukturan semula pusat-pusat pengajian di Fakulti Sains dan Teknologi, UKM. Jabatan ini terletak di aras G dan aras 1 di Bangunan Biologi dan di blok Bangunan Makmal Tambahan di Kompleks kedekanan. 

The Department of Food Sciences was established on 1st December 2020 after the restructuring of the centre in Faculty of Science and Technology, UKM. The department is located on level G and level 1 in Biology building and in  laboratory block at Deanery Complex.
