​This symposium has been successfully organised by the Faculty of Science and Technology, University Kebangsaan Malaysia together with the Faculty of Agro-Industry and Faculty of Science, Prince of Songkla University, Thailand. With 3 invited plenary speakers, 6 invited keynote speakers and 119 participants, this symposium is a great success.
