1. A Mapping study on the design Communication and Implementation of SDG Activities among UMAP International Higher Education Institution

University Mobility in Asia and the Pacific (UMAP) is a consortium of Higher Educations Institutions and partners, collaborating to increase opportunities for study abroad across the Asia Pacific region through a variety of short and long-term in-person and virtual exchange opportunities, as well as Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) experiences. UKM researcher, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdul Latiff b. Ahmad was awarded a ResearchNet grant to support a study entitled “A Mapping Study on The Design, Communication and Implementation of SDG Activities among UMAP International Higher Education Institutions” and provide baseline data for the UMAP SDG & Strategic Planning Taskforce. Dr. Latiff and his team have developed a survey to gain insights on the practices of the UN SDGs among UMAP member institutions and should be completed by key academic or administrative leaders who deal directly with SDGs matters in their respective institutions.

The image shows an announcement from August 22, 2023, about a UN SDG survey. The news highlights that Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdul Latiff b.
