Assessment of Sustainability Literacy and Knowledge
STRATEGI-UKM, along with School of Liberal Studies lecturers, has developed a tool to assess sustainability literacy and knowledge among UKM fellows.
This quick assessment contains multiple-choice questions and Likert scale to gauge your understanding, opinions, attitudes and behaviours that relate to sustainability concepts. This assessment tool consists of 4 sections and is available in English and Malay.

- Section D : SUSTAINABILITY BEHAVIOUR (14 items)

Literacy and Sustainability Knowledge Workshop
On July 23, 2024, the UKM Strategy Center took a significant step towards advancing sustainability at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia by holding an Assessment of Sustainability Literacy and Knowledge Analysis Workshop at the Bangi Resort Hotel. The primary purpose of this workshop was to meticulously analyze the data from a comprehensive survey involving more than 5000 respondents and to discuss the most effective reporting methods for enhancing UKM’s sustainability rating. This initiative underscores UKM’s commitment to integrating sustainability literacy into its strategic framework, ensuring that the university not only meets but exceeds global sustainability standards.
UKM Finalizes Sustainability Literacy and Knowledge Report Following Validation Workshop
The UKM Strategy Center successfully conducted the Workshop on Refining the Analysis Report for the Assessment of Sustainability Literacy and Knowledge on 23 September 2024, at The Everly Putrajaya. This workshop met its objective by producing a comprehensive analysis report, building on the findings from the initial Workshop on Analysis of the Assessment of Sustainability Literacy and Knowledge held on 23 July 2024. The finalized report will serve as a key resource for sustainability assessment for UKM Citizens.
