Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Climate Change Institute (IPI) and UKM Earth Day 2024

The Deputy Secretary General (Natural Sustainability) of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Sustainability, Datuk Nor Yahati Awang officiated the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the Climate Change Institute (IPI) and UKM Earth Day 2024, today.

In addition, he also launched the EMC Data Repository, the IPI Strategic Plan 2023-2025, as well as the IPI Journal.

This ceremony was also attended by the Pro Vice Chancellor of Strategy and Planning, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Roslee Rajikan.

This program is organized by the Climate Change Institute in collaboration with the UKM Strategy Center and the Earth and Space Science Graduate Association (ESSA).

Also present, Director of IPI, Prof. Associate Dr. Zaini Sakawi; Chairman of Bangi Industry Administrative Association, Dato’ Kris Foo Yin Choo; and Head of the Center for Environmental Management, Associate Prof Ir Dr Wan Hanna Melini Wan Mohtar.
