KPI Strategic UKM 2024

The Vice-Chancellor, YBhg. Prof. Dato’ Gs. Ts. Dr. Mohd Ekhwan Hj. Toriman, attended the Workshop on the Presentation of KPI Strategic Performance Achievements for the University in 2025, which took place at Grand Lexis, Port Dickson, yesterday. The workshop successfully commenced on Friday, January 17, 2025.

This workshop aimed to evaluate, improve, and review the implementation of KPIs set for the institutes, faculties, and centers of responsibility (PTj) at the beginning of 2025, in line with the University’s aspiration to continue strengthening its position as an excellent national university.

The program began with presentations by representatives from the institutes and faculties, followed by a presentation by the Bitara Chairperson.

The Vice-Chancellor expressed his appreciation to all the university administrators for their commitment and dedication in taking the time to attend the workshop. He also congratulated all members of UKM for their efforts and cooperation in ensuring the continued excellence of the university.

In his speech, the Vice-Chancellor emphasized that UKM has its own “spirit” and identity, where its rise does not step on others, and its fall does not drag anyone down. As a university that has achieved various successes and excellence, he reminded the UKM community to continue fulfilling their responsibilities to stakeholders, caring for the welfare of the university community, and embracing the founding principles of UKM. This is crucial to ensure that the university remains on the right track and aligned with the agenda of a National University. The Vice-Chancellor also stressed the concept of unity and expressed confidence that the UKM community would move forward as one big family to achieve future excellence.
