UKM Ceria Watan Cycling 2023

Pro Vice Chancellor (Strategy and Corporate Development), Prof. Dato’ Dr Roslee Rajikan, accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture and Deputy Chairman of Kayuhan Watan 1, Prof Ir Dr Mohd Syuhaimi Ab Rahman, launched Kayuhan Ceria Watan starting from the Art Stage, today.

The ride involving 188 participants is the second consecutive sports event from the Watan Tour Ride held in conjunction with UKM’s 53rd anniversary celebration.

Dato’ Dr Roslee Rajikan conveyed his appreciation to the organisers, the EZR Putrajaya group who acted as the head of cycling and the participants involved in making this program a success.

This program is expected to promote healthy lifestyle practices among UKM citizens and the local community.

In conjunction with this Kayuhan Ceria Watan, there is also a Ceria Watan Carnival which offers various activities to visitors such as a coloring competition, a fashion show competition. This carnival also brings a demonstration of cooking and healthy drinks by Chef Zainal Mohd Saad.

Also present, the Assistant Dean (Entrepreneurship & Creativity) and Chief Executive Director of Kayuhan Watan, Prof Dr Mariyam Jameelah Ghazali.
