Leading Talent Leadership Program

Pro Vice Chancellor of Strategy and Corporate Development, Prof. Dato’ Dr Roslee Rajikan officiated the Leading Talent Leadership Program organized by Professional-UKM held at the Multimedia Fusion Technology Auditorium, Akademia Siber Teknopolis, today.

This leadership program aims to develop the ability of leaders and build leadership characteristics of university administrators based on experience sharing and interaction sessions with representatives of the University’s Top Management and Industry Leaders.

This program was attended by 70 participants consisting of deans, directors, deputy deans, deputy directors and senior university officials who had participated in the Apprentice Talent Leadership Program and the Charisma Talent Leadership Program. The completion of this program consists of four sharing slots featuring Prof. Dato’ Dr. Roslee Rajikan; National Academic Figure, Professor Emerita Datuk Dr. Asma Ismail; Human Resources Manager, Asia Pacific Upstream, Exxon Mobil, Tuan Syed Helmi Syed Mohsin; and UKM Legal Adviser, Prof. Dr. Salawati Mat Basir.

Hopefully this sharing of knowledge and experience between UKM leaders and external agencies can further develop and strengthen the leadership competencies of academic administrators and university administrators.
