Anti-Bribery and Corruption

Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) is committed to upholding integrity, transparency, and accountability in all aspects of its governance and operations. As a leading institution, UKM recognizes the importance of preventing corruption and unethical practices to maintain public trust and ensure a fair, ethical, and responsible academic environment.

The UKM Anti-Corruption Policy serves as a framework to prevent, detect, and address corruption, bribery, and misconduct within the university. This policy aligns with Malaysia’s anti-corruption laws and regulations, including the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009, and international best practices in governance and ethical conduct.

By implementing this policy, UKM aims to cultivate a zero-tolerance culture against corruption, promote ethical decision-making, and reinforce compliance with integrity standards among students, staff, and stakeholders. Through collective efforts, UKM strives to create an environment where honesty, professionalism, and good governance thrive.
