The UKM 52nd Convocation Ceremony, 2024
 | We are pleased to announce, with the consent of His Royal Highness Yang di-Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus, Tuanku Muhriz Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir, the Chancellor of UKM; the 52nd UKM Convocation Ceremony will be held physically for all sessions from 23rd of November to 1st of Disember 2024. |
| Access to the UKM's Convocation system will be open on date to be announced later. UKM's Convocation System can only be accessed for graduates in the year 2023 & 2024 for Senate approval as below:

Latest Announcement for UKM 52nd Convocation Ceremony, 2024
| Graduates who wish to update photos to be displayed on stage during the ceremony can do so by uploading the latest photos via SMPWEB or SMPE before 15th October 2024. Please refer to Student's Photo guideline before uploading. Photos that do not follow the specifications and guidelines given will be rejected. |
| Notification of Termination of M365 and Google Accounts for Graduates of the 52nd Convocation Session Please be informed that the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts of graduates of the 52nd Convocation Session, which include email and cloud storage, will be terminated starting from December 2, 2024. 2. Therefore, prospective graduates are requested to make copies of relevant documents and begin clearing their cloud storage in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
