Collection of The Official Certificate and Academic Transcript

1. Graduand may collect the scroll certificate and transcript when returning the robe starting from 23rd November 2024 (Saturday) untill 6th December 2024 (Friday) as below :

  1. Bangunan Tun Fatimah Hashim(For all graduand EXCEPT Postgraduate Diploma in Education [DPLI] graduand); and
  2. Ballroom Bangunan UKMShape (Only for Postgraduate Diploma in Education [DPLI] graduand).
2. Starting from 9th December 2024 (Monday), graduand can only collect the scroll certificate as below :

  1. AKADEMIK-UKM counter, Level G, AKADEMIK-UKM, Lingkungan Kedua(For all graduand EXCEPT Postgraduate Diploma in Education [DPLI] graduand); dan
  2. UKMShape counter, UKMShape Building (Only for Postgraduate Diploma in Education [DPLI] graduand).
 
3. The robe & the mortarboard need to be returned in good condition before graduand can collect the scroll certificate & transcript
4. Graduand may collect the scroll certificate & transcript via representative or postage. Download and fill up the form: Borang Surat Kuasa Mengambil Skrol / Surat Mohon Pos Skrol.
