Graduand’s Robe Collection Procedure

1.	Robe collection will commence starting from 11^stNovember 2024 (Monday) until 22^nd November 2024 (Friday).

2.	There are two (2) robe collection’s venue as stated below: Tun Fatimah Hashim’s Building *(For all graduand EXCEPT Postgraduate Diploma in Education [DPLI] graduand); and Ballroom UKMShape’s Building (Only for Postgraduate Diploma in Education [DPLI] graduand).*

3.	The robe collection session will be carried out based on schedule attached. Please refer the schedule attached on paragraph nine (9).

4.	During the robe collection session, graduand/representative are required to: Bring the robe collection corfirmation slip; Bring your Student Matric card/Identitiy Card/Passport; and Make sure to complete the Graduate Tracer Study survey (SKPG 1). **(Graduand and representative are allowed to indicate the documents above through screenshots)

5.	Robe collection through a representative is allowed (only three [3] robe per representative including graduand own robe). Graduand must ensure that the representative also bring along all the document that stated in paragraph four (4).

6.	Graduand and representative are required to make sure the robe that had been received is correct based on the confirmation slip. Graduand and representative are required to fill up the Robe’s Received Verification Form after collecting the robe. QR code will be given at the robe collection location. Any change after the collection session is not permitted.

7.	During the robe collection session, ONLY graduand or representative are allowed to enter the assigned room. Waiting area are provided for parents/spouse/children/companies.

8.	Graduand from Sabah, Sarawak and the Federal Territory of Labuan are given the flexibility to collect their robe other from the scheduled dates, starting from 11^st November 2024 (Monday) until one day before the graduand convocation session begins. However, graduand are encouraged to appoint a representative to collect the robe according to the schedule attached.
