Photo Orders UKM (on-stage)

 

  1. Graduates can start to book UKM 52nd Convocation Ceremony on-stage photo via UKM Convocation System starting from 4th November 2024 until 5th December 2024.

  2. The on-stage photo packages are as the following:

               2.1   Package A: Photo Only

  1. Please ensure that all information is filled completely such as mobile phone number, email, mailing address and photo delivery address before clicking the BOOK & PAY button. If you still cannot click the BOOK & PAY button, please do clear cache and cookies in Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox.

  2. Payment for the UKM 52nd  Convocation Ceremony on-stage photo packages can only be made through the UKM Convocation System.

  3. Graduates are NOT ALLOWED to change photo package after payment has been made.

  4. Graduate can collect the photo at Pusat Siswazah UKM from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm the next day for morning session convocation and from 12:30 pm until 5:30 pm the next day for evening session convocation starting from 24th November 2024 until 6th December 2024.

  5. The photo can be collected within 24th November 2024 until 6th December 2024 at Pusat Siswazah UKM. Later than that, the photo can be collected at appointed company premises. For further clarification, please contact Prestige Media Studios Sdn. Bhd. at 014-3661691/03-89582550 or email prestigemedia.file@gmail.com.

  6. For your information, glass photo frame for the purchase of package B will be replaced to ACRYLIC PLASTIC to ensure the glass photo frame does not break and IS GUARANTEED TO BE SAFE. Delivery will be made by POSLAJU with BOX and INSURANCE.

  7. Delivery charges will not be refunded if graduates change their method of receiving photos from post to by hand.

  8. Graduates will receive a soft copy of the picture via email no later than 15th December 2024.

  9. On-stage photo packages (post) will be post no later than 15th December 2024.

Only for domestic delivery. Please choose delivery method by post during booking and the shipping cost will be borne by the graduate.
