Gema Ilmu Sekolah@UKM serves as a new platform to introduce and promote activities/ programs/ projects under Sekolah@UKM to schools across Malaysia. Through this initiative, a total of 113 programs have been conducted since 2016, involving over 80 schools with participation from more than 700 teachers and 7,000 students. Sekolah@UKM is divided into four clusters: Health and Medical Sciences, Engineering, Social Sciences and Humanities, as well as Science and Technology in Selangor and the Klang Valley.

The involvement of the MPOB-UKM Endowment Chair in this program aims to provide exposure to school teenagers, particularly regarding the safety and health aspects of consuming palm oil-based products. Additionally, the organization of this program highlights the role of the MPOB-UKM Endowment Chair in assisting MPOB in promoting and providing understanding about palm oil-based products to local consumers, especially among teenagers. It also enhances students' exposure and knowledge of the palm oil industry and increases the visibility of the Chair through program sponsorship and prizes in the form of palm oil-based products. Among the successful activities organized were coloring contests of palm oil landscapes, poster exhibitions, palm oil pop quizzes, and palm oil jigsaw puzzles.
