The mobile application BAJA SAWIT is an innovative infographic-based guide for oil palm fertilization developed through a collaboration between Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and MPOB under the MPOB-UKM Endowment Chair grant. This project was led by the MPOB-UKM Endowment Chair researcher, Ts. Dr. Azura Ishak. The infographic explanations, which heavily utilize visual elements, aim to make the conveyed information concise, engaging, and easily understood by the target audience of smallholders. Besides, this application also provides additional functions for recording oil palm fertilization to facilitate users in storing and checking fertilization records online.
