‘15th LESTARI’s Public Lecture: Global Water Management for Water Security with Korean Integrated River Basin Management (IRBM) Experiences’

The 15th LESTARI`s Public Lecture on “Global Water Management for Water Security with Korean Integrated River Basin Management (IRBM) Experiences” has successfully conducted on 5th October 2015, at Majlis Room, Chancellory Building, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. It was delivered by Prof Soontak Lee, who is distinguished Professor from Yeungnam University, Republic of Korea. He is also President of the International Hydrologic Environmental Society (IHES), Co-Chair of the International Steering Commitee of the 7th WorldWater Forus, Ex-Officio of the UNESCO IHP Intergovermental Council, and Governor of the World Water Council (WWC). The program was attended by a total of 50 participants from water related agencies both from federal and state government, local authorities, private sectors, NGOs and also academician from few universities in Malaysia.
