BANGI, 21 March 2017 – Entrepreneurs should not be afraid of failure because it is part of the learning process to become a great entrepreneur.

Managing Director of Nationwide Express Holdings Berhad, Rozilawati Tan Sri Basir said each student should be confident in themselves and can’t give up in any career, especially the career as an entrepreneur.

“Do not be afraid of failure because it is one of the learning process that can lead to success,” she said, in the lecture entitled The Rose amongst the Thorns organised for the Fundamental of Entrepreneurship and Innovation CITRA students.

In her speech, she also told students that in order to become an excellent entrepreneur, one’s attitude and behaviour is very important because it reflects the personality of a person.

“If you want to succeed, you need to have a good attitude and possess good interpersonal skills,” she added.
